The Maharasthra's Cyber Security Department says, Over 40300 Hacking Attempts were made by Chinese Hackers in the last 7-8 days.
Maha Cyber Dept says be aware of any unusual activity on your devices and never share personal and sensitive information with anyone, on the phone or any online platform. Avoid the usage of Chinese Applications and online gateways.
It is difficult not to use Chinese app as we yet do not have efficient Alternatives to replace the Chinese Applications and online secure gateways!
China Develops the Majority of Hardware devices and software's in the world and thus plays an important role in the development.
Chinese entities still ponder on how to find a "LOOPHOLE" to the Cyber Security.
Also take a note that not much can be done to your Cyber Security without your interference.

- Legitimate Companies or institutions never ask for official, personal or Sensitive information on phone or emails unless you are in direct touch with them.
- Be aware of international Phone numbers and fake looking email id's.
- Never ever Share the OTP of any of the applications or the gateways.
- Never Trust people on phone or emails who claim to double your money or send you a free gift.
- To report a a Cyber Crime, register a FIR at the nearest local Police Station. It is mandatory under Section 154, Code of Criminal Procedure, for every Police Officer to record the complaint of an offense, irrespective of the jurisdiction in which the crime was committed.
How Hackers Get through your Security :-:
- Phishing attacks
- Through Phone calls- This is one of the easiest way for hackers who posses the skill of talking skillfully. A Person with sweet voice and language can harm you, financially, mentally, socially. The attacker always tries to convince you do the task he wants be done. He often picks a situation from your personal, professional or social life to get a task done from you. For a Instance, he may ask you to pay for a delayed shipment of yours through online payment gateway and ask for OTP. Which means he's no good to you.

Maharashtra Police's Cyber wing traced down the Cyber attacks from China and found that most of them originated from Chengdu Area in China.
These Attacks Seem to be in force because of the Pandemic COVID-19. Malicious Emails attract you toward them and click the links in them by convincing you its a helpful link for you to be safe from COVID-19. Never download a application which is available on the store and store sensitive data from a 3rd party server or website.
Indian Security Agencies have traced out over 50 Chinese apps which pose a threat to India's Security!
Which includes Tiktok and Zoom!
Though the respective companies denied of sending data outside the country or spying.
